Now is the time to finalize financing, get inspections, and remove any other conditions to firm up the deal.

Leading up to closing we will provide you with checklists and contacts to help make your move-in as easy as possible. In the days before closing, we will connect with the lawyers and seller agents to get the keys to your new cottage.
